September: 14th & 21st

October: 5th, 12th & 19th

*Note: The session on October 5th will be held at Rundle College Elementary

Time: 1:15pm - 2:00pm (Saturdays) -

The CYDC Mini program will focus on three primary areas:

Basic Athletic Competencies

  • Quickness and agility
  • Strength

 Fundamental Basketball Skills

  • Passing
  • Catching
  • Shooting

 Childhood Development

  • Following instructions
  • Maintaining attention and focus
  • Building confidence
  • Enhancing communication skills
