Coach Tyella Amankwah

Tyella is a former player of the CYDC program. Playing in our family for nine years has taught her many skills both on and off the court, in which she hopes to pass on to current players in the program. Her love for the game of basketball is the driving force behind her passion for coaching. She enjoys giving back to the community and helping players elevate and develop their skills at a young age. Tyella has been instrumental in coaching our younger players in the Jr BHL and Mini BHL programs over the last four years. She will be coaching in our BHL and Senior Girls program this year as well.

The most important thing is to try and inspire people so that they can be great in whatever they want to do. -Kobe Bryant
