Coach Mike Mitchell
Mike is a program and project manager for a global IT company. Although Mike always thought he would end up coaching a football team, his first love, he developed a passion for basketball when stepping up to coach his son in community basketball. Finding his experience in football transferred to basketball, he spent three years coaching and was able to lead his teams to strong finishes in the city playoffs.
After deciding to make the jump to club basketball, and seeing his son's skill level improved because of the CYDC Academy program, Mike was excited to join the CYDC family. He is looking forward to helping players' development both on and off the court.
